Today, Mom, Erin, Erin's friend Emily, and I drove up to the Fullerton Arboretum, located on the California State Fullerton campus. It was very different than the other arboretums we've been to (specifically the University of Pennsylvania's Morris Arboretum, where it felt like both Erin and I were partially raised), in that it was less formally organized and felt more natural in some ways. We had a fantastic time wandering around the different growing areas, and I got some incredible flower shots. (Boy, do I love taking pictures of flowers!) This is probably my favorite shot of the day, in inside of a beautiful, pale pink rose in the rose garden. You can almost smell the intoxicating fragrance! The rest of my pictures can be seen here starting on Photo 222.
