When Erin gets home from school, she's usually ravenous and in search of something to fill her belly. I can usually get her to eat something relatively healthy (an apple or banana, or sometimes a string cheese stick and juice), but once in a while, I like to let her just pick. Today was one of those days, and (shocker) she chose to make herself some popcorn and top it with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. I guess there are worse things to munch on in the afternoon!
Oh wow, that looks good. I wonder if I have any popcorn.
